Queensland is home to three Academies dedicated to advancing high achieving students interested in pursuing innovative careers in health and sciences, maths and technologies, and creative industries.

There are 13 Technical and Further Education (TAFE) institutes, and 10 internationally recognised universities, renowned worldwide for producing high-quality graduates and undertaking ground breaking research.  There is also a Steiner School located on the Sunshine Coast

Around 35,000 international students from more than 70 different countries choose to study in Queensland each year.

Schools in Queensland are staffed by university-trained professionals who deliver a world-class curriculum through a flexible education system.  This includes online learning, computer labs linked to universities, video conferencing and recording studios, photo labs and multimedia facilities.
